“Our experience at Sugarcreek Village Inn was absolutely wonderful! I accidentally made my reservation for the wrong date and was completely distraught when I called. In my panic, I even forgot to provide my confirmation number. As soon as I hung up, they called me right back, found my reservation, and immediately took care of everything. They changed my booking to the correct date without any hassle, which was such a relief. On the day of our arrival, they called to make sure I knew where to find the door code and all the information I needed for check-in. Their communication and customer service were outstanding. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. From the linens to the furnishings, everything was top quality. The massage chair was an unexpected bonus and such a nice touch! The entire property was well-maintained, welcoming, and thoughtfully appointed. Our group had a wonderful stay, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. We will definitely be staying here again and will be recommending Sugarcreek Village Inn to our friends and family. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!”
